提货单

简介

提货单（DELIVERY ORDER，英文缩写：D/O）

又称小提单。

收货人凭正本提单或副本提单随同有效的担保向承运人或其代理人换取的，可向港口装卸部门提取货物的凭证。发放小提单时应做到：（1）正本提单为合法持有人所持有(2)提单上的非清洁批注应转上小提单。（3）当发生溢短残情形时，收货人有权向承运人或其代理得到相应的签证。（4）运费未付的，应在收货人付清运费及相关费用后，方可放小提单。提单

提货单简称。在海上货物运输中，承运人收到承运的货物后，签发给托运人的书面单证。其中正本2-3份，副本若干份。收货人凭正本提单向货运目的地的运输部门提货。
